As soon as a CIREQ seminar is planned, you must inform Sharon Brewer and Mélanie Chartrand of the name of the lecturer, the date and the title of his/her presentation. The Center will reimburse the airplane ticket (supporting documents required) and the hotel.

Supporting Documents Required : original airplane ticket stub, boarding pass and travel agency invoice, taxi receipts and hotel invoice, if necessary, to be sent to Chantal Brunet.
