• The Center will finance your visitors for a total of two weeks (one visitor for two weeks or two visitors for one week each). They will be required to present a seminar or a CIREQ workshop.
• In June, the Center will send you a form in which you will indicate who you plan to invite for the upcoming year. The list of visitors which will result from this will surely be preliminary and prone to changes.
• If you foresee inviting researchers for longer periods than the number of weeks that are allocated, you will first have to discuss it with Emanuela Cardia. During the year, other visitors can also be added to the preliminary list if the budget allows it, upon agreement with Emanuela Cardia.
• After the Center approves your visitors, you will have to inform Mélanie Chartrand of the dates of their stay as soon as they have been established, of the chosen hotel and, if necessary, any other specifics with regard to them. In addition, please give Marie-Christine the date and title of your visitor's seminar.
• As soon as the dates of a visitor's stay are confirmed, Emanuela Cardia will send an invitation letter to him/her, his/her name will appear on the Web and a room will be reserved at the hotel of his/her choice (see list).
